Pasadena Park Parking Revisions (Re-Bid)

Demolition of existing asphalt parking lot and construction of a new parking lot with new layout, parent drop-off, repositioned main entry from Upriver Drive and a new right turn only exit at the northeast corner. Work includes new parking lot lighting, drainage systems and other Work related thereto as designated on the Contract Documents. This Work will take place on an existing site currently in use and occupied by the Owner as an elementary school.
