The project consists of approximately 32,200 sq. ft. for the youth center for Marimn Health located in Worley, Idaho. Interior spaces include a gymnasium, kid’s play area, aquatics center, locker rooms, offices, fitness rooms, community/multi-purpose spaces, and a separate secured area for the Boys & Girls Club. The site development is approximately 20 acres of area on the west side of the site leaving around 20 acres for future development of the Rose Creek Neighborhood. Site development work consists of access driveways, parking areas with bus drop-off zones, playfields, basketball courts, exterior play areas, courtyard spaces, mechanical utility yard and a pavilion that houses restrooms, concessions and storage.
